How long does a trade-in offer take?

What if my car still has a loan on it?

No problem. We request your lien payout letter from your bank, settle the balance directly, and apply any positive equity toward your next vehicle. If you're upside-down, we'll walk you through your options before anything is signed.

Will the offer change when I drop the car off?

Only if the in-person inspection finds something materially different from what was described — undisclosed accident damage, mechanical issues, or mileage discrepancies. If the car matches your description, the offer stands as-is.

Do you accept high-mileage or older vehicles?

Yes. We trade in vehicles up to 200,000 km and back to the 1995 model year. Condition matters more than age — a well-maintained 12-year-old vehicle often values better than a neglected 5-year-old one.

Can I trade in a vehicle that isn't an EV?

Absolutely. About half our trade-ins are gas or hybrid vehicles from drivers making their first jump into electrified driving. That's the whole point.

Is there any obligation after I submit?
